Glass Fiber Filled PEEK sheet Descrition:
PEEK is a linear aromatic polymer compound. The main chain of the macromolecule contains large aromatic ring and polar ketone group, which gives the polymer heat resistance and mechanical strength. In addition, the macromolecules contain large ether bonds, which give the polymer toughness. It is a thermoplastic with high temperature resistance, high glass transition temperature (143°C) and melting point (334°C), load thermal variation temperature up to 316°C, can be used at 260°C for a long time.
Glass Fiber Filled PEEK sheet: This material is filled with 30% glass fiber reinforced plastic, which has better rigidity and creep resistance than PEEK-9000, also has higher thermal stability, and better dimensional stability, which is ideal for the manufacture of structural parts. It can withstand fixed load for a long time under high temperature and high pressure. If Glass Fiber Filled PEEK sheet is used as a slide, it should be carefully tested for suitability, because the glass fiber will scratch the mating surface.
