3. Confirm that the parting surface has no inverted buckles and air spurs, and repair it with oil stone.
Injection molding process: 1. Under the premise of thorough filling of the clad product, accept the lowest possible injection pressure.
2. Confirm that there is no problem with the size and appearance of the product, reduce the holding pressure, holding time or cancel the holding pressure.
3. Adjust mold temperature and cooling time.
Processing of plastic products
When we are in the injection molding of plastic finished products, we usually encounter the idea of product whitening, we can first analyze the whitening from the methods of man, machine, material, method and ring, and classify and summarize all the components that affect the product; Re-examine the process opened up by the product.
In view of the analysis of the problem of pulling white, the analysis can be held from these three aspects:
Product design components: whether the layout design has sharp corners, no demolding slope;
Mold composition: whether the mold texture surface is too thick;
whether the design of the ejector pin is reasonable;
Injection molding process components: whether the injection pressure and injection speed configuration are reasonable;
Whether the temperature configuration is reasonable;
When the product appears white, start to see whether the product has sharp corners, the demolding slope is too small, and then see if it is due to the force of whitening or due to the sharp corners to scrape the product out of the white filament, confirm whether the bad appearance has a fixed status or periodic appearance, analyze the specific cause location, and then adjust the injection molding process parameters.
