PEEK HPV Rod Descrition:

PEEK resin (Polyether Ether Ketone) is a new semi-crystalline aromatic thermoplastic made by condensation of 4,4' -difluorobenzophenone and hydroquinone in the presence of alkali metal and carbonate, and by using diphenyl sulfone as solvent. Compared with other special engineering plastics, it has more significant advantages, resistance to positive high temperature 260 degrees, excellent mechanical properties, good self-lubrication, chemical corrosion resistance, flame retardant, stripping resistance, wear-resistant to strong nitric acid, super mechanical properties can be used in high-end machinery and aviation technology.

PEEK HPV rod (black) is the result of adding PTFE, graphite and carbon fiber, making PEEK HPV rod a bearing grade plastic. Its superior frictional properties (low coefficient of friction, wear resistance, high peak pressure limit) make it ideal for this class of friction applications

length:1000mm or 3000mm.

2. All PEEK rod can be cut to any size

3. PEEK rod with a diameter greater than 300MM needs to be customized; and those with a diameter less than 3MM can also be customized if the accuracy requirements are not too high. Of course, these two kinds of products are more expensive.
