PEEK HPV sheet is reinforced with carbon fiber, graphite and PTFE lubricant, It is a special engineering plastic bearing with excellent properties such as high temperature resistance, self-lubrication, easy processing and high mechanical strength. Bearing grade PEEK provides the lowest coefficient of friction and the best cutting performance of all PEEK grades. The excellent combination of low friction, low wear, high LPV, low fit part wear and easy machining makes it ideal for durable bearings such as sleeve bearings, plain bearings, etc.
