Duratron D7000 PI (color: natural/maroon) has a temperature resistance between Duratron PAI and Duratron PBI. It is of particular value at temperatures beyond what the Duratron PAI can handle and when the Duratron PBI is too expensive. Several Duratron PI products are available for structural and wear-prone applications, and are available in a wide range of sizes - especially for thicker plates, larger decks and thick-walled pipes. In addition to being more resistant to high temperatures, Duratron D7000 PI has very good mechanical properties.
Duratron® PBI PBI (Celazole) Polybenzimidazole PBI Sheet, PBI Rod, Celazole Sheet, Celazole Rod, Duratron Sheet, Duratron Rod Duratron CU60 PBI is the highest performance engineering thermoplastic currently available. It has the highest heat resistance and mechanical properties of all unfilled plastics at temperatures above 205°C.
