PI Machined Parts

PI machined parts is machined with Polyimide material,it has mechanical properties, good fatigue resistance, good self-lubricity, excellent wear resistance, high impact strength, good heat resistance, can be used for a long time at -260°C (not brittle) ~ 330°C, and the thermal deformation temperature is as high as 343°C.

PI machined parts commonly used models are PI Vespel SP-1, PI Vespel SP-21, and PI Vespel SP-22, etc.

PI machined parts are machined into High temperature resistant self-lubricating bearings, aircraft and rocket parts, compressor piston rings, sealing rings, printer automation parts, gaskets, sleeves and other fields.
