There are many reasons for the workpiece overcut in cnc processing. If the workpiece is overcut, it will be repaired after welding, and the workpiece will be discarded directly. Especially when the large mold is processed, it is the most troublesome thing to encounter the workpiece overcut. How to deal with it, I will share with you my work experience below.

Because WPC metal finishing is not a new technology developed for an industry, it is not widely known. However, people gradually realized that it could increase strength and make parts compact.

The traditional five-axis CNC machining process may cause waste parts due to temperature or other processing techniques. Unlike ordinary metal processing, some rubber or plastic molds cannot be recycled after being scrapped. For enterprises The five-axis processing of rubber molds may greatly affect the net profit, but the choice of five-axis processing of rubber molds shows many advantages.

The burrs, also known as flying edge, overflow, overflow, etc., mostly occurs in the parting position of the mold, such as: the parting surface of the mold, the sliding part of the slider, the cracks of the insert, the pores of the ejector rod, etc. If the overflow is not solved in time, it will be further expanded, so as to form part of the embossed mold collapse, causing consistent obstruction. Cracks in inserts and top bar pores also cause the product to get stuck on the mold, affecting the release.

If the temperature is too high, the low molecular weight substances in the nucleating agent will be dissected and volatilized, which reduces the active ingredients in the nucleating agent, reduces the improvement effect of brightness, and the higher temperature will destroy some crystal nuclei of PP Huaxia, reduce the middle of heterogeneous nucleation, so that the modification effect is low; If the temperature is too low, the evacuation of the nucleating agent is not good, and the brightness effect is poor. Therefore, selecting a suitable molding temperature is particularly difficult to improve clarity.
