The melting temperature of the peek material at high temperature is relatively high, and the viscosity in the molten state is relatively large, and the pressure required for injection molding is higher, and the wear of the screw is greater. In addition, peek injection molding requires heating, which is different from ordinary injection molding. It is recommended to find a manufacturer that specializes in peek injection molding to avoid certain technical risks.
